• Can I install the product on two machines?

  Yes. Each named end-user is able to install the software on up to two machines. For example - on their office computer and their laptop - as long as it’s the same person using the product.

• Can I order with a purchase order?

• Can I order your software from a reseller?

  Yes. We sell through every major reseller, and if we aren't already in the catalog of your reseller, let us know and we'll make it happen so you can order from them.

• How do I become a reseller of Steelray products?

• How do I get a copy of my invoice or receipt?

  Please contact sales@steelray.com to obtain a copy of your invoice or receipt. Be sure to have your order number and/or license key handy.

• How do I order your products?

  You can order by visiting the product page for the product you wish to order, by phone, by purchase order, or through a reseller. We are happy to provide quotes upon request.

• How long will it take before I get my license key?

  If you order online, your order is processed immediately and a license key is generated. A copy of your license key is sent to you via email as well.

• I am a customer. Can I generate a renewal quote for myself from somewhere on your website?

  Yes.  Visit our website here.   For orders placed with a purchase order, our payment terms are Net 30.

  If you are not satisfied with your software, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on our annual subscriptions. To request a refund, contact sales@steelray.com within 30 days of your purchase.
