We do support Citrix and have many clients running our application in Citrix.
As always, when installing Steelray software, make sure that the installation is being run with administrator privileges and that the user directory is not locked down. In order to save the license information, the installer needs permission to write to the User directory - specifically, [USER DIRECTORY]\AppData\Roaming.
