What type of support do you provide for your products?

With the purchase of any product subscription, you will have access to unlimited technical support, which includes product updates and security patches within the software. We have a technical support area on our website where you can review frequently asked questions and submit questions if you’re unable to find the answer. Upon submission, you'll receive a timely email response from our technical support team. If Steelray Support needs additional information or requires a screen share for further investigation, they will set that up with you. For training or consulting questions, you will be referred to an account manager.  Those services are offered separately.
