Are Licenses Perpetual or Subscription?

Can I renew the subscription after it expires?
Once the subscription expires you are not able to “renew” the subscription. You would purchase a new subscription with a new subscription period beginning on the day of purchase. -
Can multiple people share a license?
A license is required for each unique user of our software products. -
Can we get a single key for multiple users?
Yes. By default, when you order licenses for multiple users, we will deliver a single key for them to share. -
License transfers are generally not allowed, but we will make exceptions in certain cases. See this page for more information.

Do you offer floating or concurrent licenses?
No. We only sell named user subscriptions. -
Do you offer monthly subscriptions?
Yes, you can purchase monthly subscriptions to some of our products. See the pricing page for the product you are interested in on our website. -
Do you sell site licenses, enterprise licenses, etc.?
Yes. We call them EasyLicenses. Contact Sales for more information. -
How do I activate my software product?
Note: Some products require activation and others do not. When the product starts up, if the license key has not yet been entered, you will be asked for a key. The next step is activating the software by entering your name and email address on the activation form. If you are unable to connect ... -
One license is required for each user that will be using the product. It's okay for someone to install a second copy (for example, on their laptop), as long as it's the same person who uses the product.

How will my license key be delivered?
Via email after your order has been processed. This is immediately for online orders, within 24 business hours for purchase orders. -
What happens if my subscription expires?
When your subscription expires the software will stop working. -
